- Before going for a long drive plan, a proper, adequate sleep should not be less than 6 hours. Mostly 90% of the drivers faced problems of low back pain due to improper sleep.
To prevent low back pain, maintain a good sleep before planning for long drives.
- The most common problem faced by drivers are varicose veins. This is due to constant controlling of pedals most commonly seen in whoever drives an AUTO, CAB, TAXI, UBER, or OLA continuously.
To prevent varicose veins:
- Whoever drives long distance or long time, they need to wear stocking sock; it helps to improve the blood circulation in the legs.
- Between trips, drivers need to spend at least 10 minutes walking.
- Sleep is a priority first; it is a golden thing, so drivers need to sleep at least 8-10 hours.
- Proper diet means drivers need to take protein food. Protein-rich foods to be included, such as chicken, eggs, beans, legumes, milk, and dairy products.
- Blood sugar levels as to be kept under control in diabetic patients cause sudden bowel movements of hyperglycaemia, like swinging movements. To overcome this problem, carry a candy or sugar bag.
- Never skip breakfast.
- Bike drivers need to save their spines, so they need to take calcium-rich food. In case of any accident happened at that time, in deficiency calcium in the body causes fracture risk, and chances of disc problems are high.
Bike drivers need good fitness, which means they need to exercise for at least 40 minutes daily. Opting for GYM is best for bike drivers.
How to avoid common accidents for bike drivers?
- Always wear a helmet and other safety equipment before driving a motorcycle. In case of accidents, wearing a helmet will save not only the head but also the neck, and even we saw heavily injured people who are also alive because of wearing a helmet. For these reasons, helmet wearing is a high priority.
- Don’t choose a two-wheel vehicle heavier than your handling weight.
